If a guy lets another guy perform oral sex on him does this make the receiver a homosexual? I work in a bar and a customer asked me this question.

No, it doesn't.
There are many bisexual people out there who enjoy sexual pleasures with the same sex.
Participating in sexual relations with someone of the same gender does not automatically make you gay, it just means you either have some bisexual tendancies, or you're still discovering your sexual self.
Now if someone prefers sexual relations with members of the same sex, then s/he may be gay. But that's really up for them to decide.

If you are attracted to men and want to have sex with them, and you are a man, you are gay or bi-sexual. One would figure that you are attracted to men if you let them perform a sexual act on/with you, but if you are not attracted to that person and just did it because you were really drunk or as a joke, you might not be. Tell your customer if he is, it's not a big deal.

I think the giver is probably Gay.
If the giver did a good job, then the Receiver should just be Happy.
Unless Receiver was gay before the giver gave.
