i have problems gettin sleep. does the family doctor prescribe sleeping pills or someone else? who?

i don't think so. but you can ask him about it and he'll probably recommend you to a sleeping specialist or someone like that.

try benedryl and a tylenol, also a glass of milk.

u can buy tylenol pm over the counter.... that stuff works
