Do something else which is more interesting to you, throw-out all the books, magazines, video, and all such things which can facilitate you to do that masturbation. If you can not stop, do it rarely, faster and cleaner, I have heard from a gynecolog that masturbation is not too bad and even better than to go to a red district.

Unless it's taking over every aspect of your life, there is no reason to stop. Think of it this way: you're making love with someone who loves and cares about you, you will never be hurt or cheated on, and it feels really good.

its so normal to do masturbate. There is nothing wrong if you do it private but it becomes a worry when u start whipping out at the mall or library. If it becomes redden use so sort of cream on your tool.

I've tried to stop masterbating many times in my youth because I was tought it was wrong.
It, in fact, is not wrong. It is perfectly natural and healthy.
Masterbate, and enjoy it.
Would God have instilled this crazy desire in you if he intended for you to ignore it? I think not.

Why do you want to stop? It's normal and healthy.
If you don't masturbate, you will just let it out in wet dreams anyway. And sometimes you can lose your sexual urges if you force yourself to stop masturbating.
