Someone told me in Colorado you can marry your second(or maybe it was third) cousin. In IL you can marry fourth.

In India in Hindus aunts daughteror son can marry hisor her aunts daughteror son.in my sense i doesent mean that cousin means borother/sister .in my sense that cosin mean brother-in-law
