Those are indeed signs of being pregnant. If you period is a month late, then you may be as many as six weeks pregnant and it's time to see a doctor or midwife. An ultrasound should show you exactly how old the fetus is and you can make decisions from there.
It is important for you to have some medical care even early in pregnancy to see how old the fetus is and to determine whether the pregnancy is healthy.
Sick and tired are good signs of a healthy pregnancy, but your lower back concerns me. About 20% of all pregnancies end in miscarriage before the 14th week. It is most common between weeks 6 and 8, so if you have any bleeding, get yourself to the hospital as complications could affect your future fertility.
I hope all the best for you and your pregnancy.

Your best answer is going to be to go down to the store and buy a pregnancy test. Some work as early as 5 days before your period is due, most you have to wait at least until the day you miss it.
They could be symptoms of pregnancy, but it could also be something else. A home test or a doctor are your only real ways of knowing.
I do have to note that if you don't want to be pregnant, you should have been more careful.

The only true signs of pregnancy will appear about 8-9 months after you first question whether you are pregnant or not. Sharp, unbearable pain in your sides, belly and back. Also, a tiny little head creeping its way out of your privates is a good indication.
Go take a pregnancy test. If you are not satisfied with those results, go to a clinic and speak to a doctor.

Actually, sickness doesn't usually occur until a bit later, around 6 weeks and backache is not an early pregnancy sign. It does sound like you might have a UTI (urinary tract infection) and you should see your doctor asap. If you're still worried about pregnancy, take a test. Good luck, I hope you feel better.

Absolutely. Or they could be totally unrelated.
Best bet: Buy a home pregnancy test, and if it's positive, call your doctor and schedule your first prenatal appointment.
If it's negative, wait another week, and if you still haven't had your period, take another test and call the doctor to schedule either a prenatal appointment if it's positive, or a check-up if it's negative (to see if there's any physical reason why you aren't having your period.).
Good luck (for whatever outcome you're wanting!)!

it is very possible, although I don't believe your lower back would start hurting untill you popped out a lil bit because of the extra weight but you might want to get a home pregnancy test and take it from there. Hope everything works out to your favor. :)

This is certainly the right place to come to find out if your pregnant. If it it wasn't for Yahoo Answers I girl would have to take a home pregnancy test or visit her doctor ... but thanks to Yahoo Answers you simply put the computer mouse in your Virgina for a couple of minutes ... and ask the question ... Oh dear ! Did you miss step one? How are we going to be able to tell girl?
