Hummm well the way I would improve PDS is through social interaction with other people of different ages, races, and sex. One should be overall well-rounded when dealing with culturally diverse people. Learn how to work with different people and learn about them. The best thing is to be blind to their physical appearance because it can cause prejudices. Be open, friendly, and unprejudice. Smile, shake hands, and ask questions. The way you find more about your personality is by learning about others.

By personality development skills, I presume you are meaning the skill to self develop your personality by yourself and not just some one time development programme.

As someone who has not seen the society yet (so dont read it too seriously and I assume that the students are quite young), I think they must know the distinction between arrogance and confidence. People would not want to even talk or get near you if they assume that you are arrogant.

Another one is to be patient, not easily agitated. I think getting easily agitated is one of the common traits in youngsters (if that is your target audience), perhaps counting from 1 to 10 might work for them.

Also, when talking to people, it is always good to look eye to eye so that the speaker/listener know that you got or you are giving your attention to them. Also, dont talk for the sake of talking, if you have nothing to say, it is always better stay silent till you have an opinion.

Those are just a few points on behaviour in life, hope it answers your question.

People that really stand out have an outgoing personality, which means that they will speak first, positively and with energy!

I appreciate when someone takes a genuine interest in what I have to say and listens attentively. I also respect them when they make good eye contact and even raise eyebrows when they hear something exciting or something that pleases them.

Developing a personality should probably consider the importance of self confidence, poise and sharing the important details of a story or subject.

If you are outgoing, positive and a good listener that would explain why you were chosen for the job. Good luck.
