It would depend on the where you got the software. Most companies now make their software so it's written for that specific burner. So if you got classic from a buddy or the internet you need to find a Full version that was written for a wide range of burners. There is a slim chance if you have a odd burner that it wasn't designed for your burner. Hope that helped.

The software may need to be updated to recognize that burner. Check Roxio's site for updates

verify that the gadget can 'see' thechronic. Left click on 'start up', then actual click on 'My pc', pick 'houses' and 'Hardware', click on 'device manager' and scroll by ability of the record for CD/DVD contraptions. verify your DVDchronic is there. If no longer. reinstall it. no matter if it truly is there, yet there are issues, use the 'troubleshoot' determination to attempt to unravel the issue. If the issue maintains, repost. ***EDIT**** Roxio is a especially low end software and it does no longer do an fantastically sturdy pastime when compared with Nero - in my view. i'd get rid of Roxio - uninstalling it is going to take a even as because it truly is a especially bloaty little bit of application, decrease back up and then freshen up your registry, reboot and reinstall Roxio.
