How do you increase how long you can hold your breath?? aoove and under water ive always wondered

When you go off the starting block, don't let any air out until you get halfway across the pool. once you're there, let 1 bubble of air out at a time until you can't hold your breath at all anymore. it's not too bad to learn, just work with it. it works for me.

Don't take in as much air as possible, it will be to uncomfterble. When you can't stand holding it any more let out a little bit of air, keep doing that in increments and it will increase your time.

No quick and easy about it. Hyperventilation can cause problems, when you study and practice freediving you will learn why.
