Th ref screwed up for sure but as in all sports and all games you have to overcome the bad calls and it seems like the SH could not.
I think they are going to do well this year. they improved a lot and they have and easy division ...it would be a crying shame if they didnot win 12 games this year.

What about all the bad calls AGAINST the Steelers. Like that fumble that wait it was incomplete pass. The man caught the ball took two steps at least was hit and the ball came lose. No Seahawks around to get it but the Ref blew the whistle right away and called it incomplete. Sorry but most of those calls were correct. The ones that really were bad were pretty much even. The Seahawks go about 8-8 because they are STILL crying. They need to MOVE ON. Oh and even as a Steelers fan that came hurt to watch. It was just such a let down after a great playoffs for the most part.

The refs definately had several bad calls against Seattle, and it did seem like they were Steeler fans in that game...
As for this coming season, they have competition this year, unlike last year, for the division title. Arizona is a coin flip this year, they are dangerous, but can the defense hold up? The Colts' did and nobody expected it. The Rams have the offense still and their defense is a little iffy, they did pick up Will Witherspoon who was labeled the best outside line backer in free agency by "the experts"...but they lost a few guys. I wouldn't worry about the 49ers, they have a lot to prove and I don't think they can do a 180 in one season.
I think the Seahawks will win the division again, but not so dominately as they did last season. As far as repeating a super bowl appearence...ummm not likely, the NFC got significantly better this offseason, it should be fun to watch.

I'm not sure if the Seahawks will make it all the way back to the Super Bowl but I definitely think barring major injuries they are at lest going to make the NFC Championship. Also,I don't want to come out and say the refs cheated them, but it seemed like every questionable call went against them.I'm not a Seahawks fan but I was pulling for them.

Seahawks will be good this year. Easily win the division and at least a conference championship team. Can people please stop talking about the refs in the superbowl already. I'm a semi-Seahawks fan (lived in WA for 15+ years) and I'm tired of hearing about it. If it was a call at the end of the game maybe talk about. After the probowl is over its a new season and last year doesn't matter anymore, so let it go.

This question about the refs in the Super Bowl is getting as annoying as why Americans don't like soccer!.
Give it up! sheesh!
And I'm NOT a Steeler fan. In fact, I do like the Seahawks. My third favorite team.

the seahawks r gonna go 11-5 this year and no, the refs didnt cheat in the superbowl. they were fair and in a big game like the superbowl, you have to catch every penalty even if its small. like the offensive pass interference they called on the seahawks wouldve been a touchdown. it was a small push but the push resulted in a touchdown. if the touchdown had been counted then the game wouldve been very different. no they did not cheat

Unfortunately, they're going to win it all this year as they improved the most during the offseason.
The refs did not cheat them out of a superbowl. That's like saying the Refs cheated the Rams out of the superbowl in 2001 against the Patriots (the new 5-Yd holding rule was not enforced).

I think the refs screwed up, but I don't think it was "cheating" or intentional. I think the Seahawks are going to be OK and finally break the Superbowl-loser doldrums. They will get back to the NFC championship game, but I think they get taken down this time. The Redskins, Cowboys, and Giants are all going to be stronger this year, and the Seahawks won't be able to overcome them all.

They should hold up pretty good. They still have their speed. As for the Super Bowl, yes. The officiating was one sided with way to many stupid calls against Seattle. I felt sick for the Sea hawks, and I'm a Cowboy's fan. I had a hard time watching it. I just hope they can come back and have a strong year. That is until they play Dallas for the NFC championship. lol.
