I say retarded, depending on the insanity (like said above some can be quite tolerable.) I say retarded because retarded people are usually quite happy; and never, ever build nuclear bombs.

id rather be insane than retarted people that are retarded know something is wrong with them they are not accepted in the world but insane person lives their life thinking nothing is wrong with them. when a insane person does something, someone else thinks it cool or funny. its wrong but true.
