Yup, the TV Show is not coming back due to creator Mitch Hurwitz called it quits after FOX cancelled the show. (http://www.tv.com/story/story.html&story_id=3872)
However, according to some online news (http://www.hollywood.com/news/detail/id/3534062), there might be a movie in talks to be developed.

That was a great show. I think it's gone for good. Too bad it was on Fridays, I always missed it.
