My penis has been randomly itching and randomly minorly stinging (on the tip). I also feel a slight burning when uriniating (but very minor) I have never had sex. I am a male. I know I should go to the clinic but I'm too embarressed to. What is it? Is there anyway it will go away with home treatment? And if there is how? Please help I'm being very serious about this.

That used to happened to me and Im virgin and also male...dah...anyways...I think what you need to do is a better cleaning of your head. If you are uncircumcised...then its because you havent done a well job cleaning.
If you are cut then there might be too much masturbation without lubrication. Thats the only things I can think just without using a medical thinking.
Dont worry I dont think you have anything bad, but if it continues, leave embarresment and go visit a doctor.
You choose: life or just not going to the doctor because you are embarressed?
And if you have not done any sexual contact with another person, then its not a sexual disease.

Doctors see penis's and butts and vaginas all day long. It is nothing to them. They deal with worse stuff and weirder stuff than what you have.
Probably a urinary infection or a bacterial infection. I am sure you can pick stuff up from the public washroom. So if 2 litres of water and 2 litres of cranberry juice in 18 hours doesn't help, and the soap doesn't help, then go to the clinic. Good compromise?

The best thing to do is go to the clinic. Medical professionals will be there to listen and assist you. It is normal to feel embarassed, but the medical folks will help you through it. Most likely it isn't something very serious, but you might have a minor bladder infection. The medical folks will be able to determine if it is anything that needs to be treated or just some minor irritation.

You, may have a urinary tract infection. If you don't want to go to the doctors , than to help drink plenty of fluids and lots of cranberry juice. Get lots of rest aswell. I hope that helps you.

Sounds like Clamidya to me, are you sure you've never had sex? it can be passed on orally too. Don't be embarrased to go to the doctor, they get these cases everyday. No home cure if that's really your problem.
