problem solved, my helmet shield snap fell off and into (somehow)the throttle body cam slide. freaky huh!

Sounds like your throttle cable is too tight. Look at your owners manual and it will tell you how to adjust the throttle cables correctly. Check your clutch cable while you're at it.
