Yeah. I have the same problem now and I am actually having physical therapy for it because I slouch so much one of my nerves are pinched. Same will happen to you if you don't shape up. I get numbed everytime I slouch now. I have to get a yoga ball and lay on top of it with my knees bent to curve my back and neck back in the right direction. Do it for at least 10 mins once in the day and once at night to retrain your back muscles. And don't sit so much at a desk in front of the computer. That is probably whats causing it. Hope you start standing straight again because I was scared shitless when my nerve got pinched.

Yoga and pilates. You may have heard it many times, but they really do help. After taking yoga, you'll start to notice when you're slouching and prevent yourself from doing so. You'll feel more comfortable not slouching once you do some yoga for a while. I've had bad posture too. Really bad actually, but some good yoga really helped me out. Plus yoga has many other health benefits that your body will love you for.

Try seating in a chair and straighten your back our... try to keep that posture for as long as possible...if it hurts after a few mins..then that means you have a weak back...try to keep your mind off the pain for as long as possible..and repeat that each day....once you can go like an hour without hardly or any back pain from doing so..your better :)
