unconditional love is when you love someone for who they are, not for what they have, or what they can offer you... the best example is when Christ was on the cross dying for our sins and He asked God the Father to forgive the very people who were responsible for hanging Him there, because He knew they didn't realize what they were doing. (Luke 23:34 paraphrased here)
Christ loved us, before we even existed, enough to leave paradise and come to earth to just be punished and killed, so that we may be at home in heaven if we live according to God's will.--that's unconditional love.

I believe if you have unconditional love, Than you are very special person inside. So many people are self absored and don't see the differance. God loves all his children unconditionally. I have unconidtioal love for all mankind.i hope in time every one see's the differance and passes it on. This is a love that some take you for granted for,. and it can hurt. but don't change if you have it cause it is a special love to have. it's a gift that makes you unquie inside. This would be a better world if all had it to pass on.

friends, family. The way you love a sibling or parent. Any non-romantic relationship basically.
