There is a time for departure even when there's no certain place to go.
love can sometimes be magic... but magic can just be an ilussion
It takes a minute to have a crush on someone, an hour to like someone, and a day to love someone -- but it takes a lifetime to forget someone.
If you really loved him/her, you will have trouble forgetting about them, but life moves on and sooner or later u will heal.
If u forget about them in a day or two, you were never in love.

There is no short cut to forget someone in a shortest time. Time will heal your wound. Forget the past memory which is always the most diffcult thing to do. Do things that you like, eg watch movies, listen to music, reading etc but not the bad habit like smoking etc.
It actually helps you not to think of him/her so as times goes by hope you can forget him/her gradually. All these things only you can do to help yourself.

You can't. It only takes time. But you can do things to help forget about them. First, think of all the bad things they ever did to you. Stay away from them and all your "old places" and "your songs". Make new friends, join some clubs, "break lose a bit'.
Good luck. It's hell i know. But you will be okay and you will find love again. But sometimes love can be found in unusual places, like an animal shelter, a soup kitchen. It doesn't have to be "romantic love" or "sexual". Try to appreciate the love you have in your life already from your friends and family. Good luck

It depends on why you want to forget them. If you love someone you never truly can forget them. But it is possible to move forward putting that love to one side of your heart. Leaving room for more. If your heart is open to new people you can fill it up with love again.

You could meet new people and hang out with friends and just have a good time with them. Do things that you like doing, and find try new things to do. Don't keep doing things that you and the one you loved used to do or like, but know that you have your own life to live so don't waste time. Try not to be alone just thinking about it.

Make new friends! Share some bonding moments with your current friends! Have fun, go out, eat, drink, play games. In short, focus your mind on your friends. They can help you there. Just ask them! Good luck!

Remember the good times, then the reasons why you two split up. Move on, know there is happiness somewhere out there.
