Don't worry. Just relax and enjoy urself. That in itself will get u preg. Worrying / trying to keep the sperm inside will only make u more tense. U will be there soon enough. Advance Congrats. May god bless u!

If you are trying to conceive, 15 minutes of contact with your husband's semen is certainly long enough for sperm to swim up to your fallopian tubes to fertilize an egg. Keep up the good work and if you are not pregnant within the next year, see your reproductive endocrinologist. Best wishes.

we coceived even though she (my fiancee) was on birth cotrol, so if your mans sperms good ( or super-sperm like mine=), and if youve got no problems with your "plumbing" then id say you should be fine, sperm drips out but there are still millions inside of you so i woldnt worry about it, if after a while nothings happening ( no conception) then id go se a doctor to find out whats up, other then that calm down and just enjoy the process =) good luck, and congratilations, in advance

After intercourse lay down with your legs elevated up on a pillow for a half hour.

okay my secret to gettin prego was after you have sex lay there for 15-20 minutes, dont get up or do nothin, i tried that for 3 weeks and bingo it worked, i have two babies
