Well blood is only certain cells like packed red blood cells usually and racial lines blur when it comes to blood most of us have O+ like 80% of the world's population, and other blood types run the gamit, from Mexican to Japanese to Noriwegen to Zulu. So no you will not become another race it does not change DNA or genes that determine you color and features. The blood transfusion and it's donor cells only live and last about 40 days then hopefully your body creates new cells to replace them. The blood cells work to keep your circulation going and oxygen reaching feeding your body parts. So no you will not turn anything other than less pale from severe anemia and you are still you transfusion or not.

uh, no. Blood cells don't have a race. And they get replaced on schedule (so the transfused blood will "go away" after a while.
If a transfusion is a life or death matter, you will subsequently owe your life to an anonymous black person -- you'll have an anonymous black curandero out there somethere!

Yes and you'll be forced to Celebrate Quanza and may have to convert to the Muslim religion or become one of those singing Baptists who's "seen the light!". And you'll actually believe Keenan Ivory Wayans is a good actor! (AND you'll think J-Lo's booty is WAYYYYY too small!)
AND, most important of all, your desire for Corn Tortillas, Cow's belly and Pig's blood will diminish and you'll have a craving for Fried Chicken and Grits! While you'll still drink beer it will be Colt 45 instead of Corona or Tecate!
And you won't like Horchata much anymore, instead you'll want Moon Pies and RC cola or Grape Soda!
Have I been racist enough for everyone!
Oh, for god's sake grow up. If you need the transfusion get it!
And by the way, if someone takes a picture of you with a camera, they don't steal your soul!

Blood is red. And no one can tell what race donated the blood in plastic bags. Your body would accept any required blood and not change your Hispanic skin to black skin. You will be seen as a Mexican all your life.

yes, that's why the red cross has to carefully separate blood samples according to race. it's a little known fact that there's no such thing as a biracial person because people of different races cannot have children. each time you see a "biracial" person you can bet some idiot at the red cross mixed up the bags. i can't remember who mixed mine up, but man am i PISSED!
