Blackheads can happen to anyone, no matter what your skin type. Blackheads are caused by oil in your skin that gets caught and expands in the pores. Oxidizing from exposure to the air, the oil actually turns black.

what works for some people might not work for everyone but here are some things that you can consider.~

First, stop the problem before it starts. Use noncomedogenic, oil-free, water-based skin-care products. (Noncomedogenic means the products were laboratory tested and approved by the FDA not to clog pores and cause blackheads.)

If you change your skin-care routine and still get blackheads, speak to a dermatologist about getting a prescription for Retin-A, which is a strong exfoliant that opens pores, sloughs off dead skin and cleans out blackheads.

If all else fails, a dermatologic facial performed at a dermatologist's office involves a prescription-strength acid that gets rid of dead layers of skin and the use of surgical instruments to extract the blackheads.

Blackheads are a problem that should be treated by a dermatologist. But, if you want to try an over-the-counter product, a lot of people rave about Biore Pore Perfect Strips, which are supposed to lift out blackheads on your nose, forehead and chin.

Hope this helps~

1. Don't pop them! It's really satisfying (don't ask me how I know) but it leaves red marks all over your face that look worse than the blackheads did.
2. Wash your face twice a day with a gentle cleanser. If the stuff that you are using is too harsh, it can dry out your face and make it look worse.
3. If you are really concerned about your acne and you're not seeing improvement from just careful washing, see a dermatologist. I actually use Proactiv, and it works, but it's quite pricey. Maybe the dermatologist can give you advice that won't cost as much.

Try biore warming anti blackhead cream cleanser. it's pretty awsome. always wash your face with warm water and then splash with cold water when you're done. Also, use some of those nose strips that you leave on your nose for a few minutes then rip off. It takes out almost all blackheads. Biore also makes some of those, and they make a type with some stuff on the strip that leaves your pores feeling clean and tingly.
You can get biore at drugstores.

Try a warm wash cloth on them for a few minutes, then use either the strips they make to remove them, or some rubbing alcohol (carefully) really works well.

frequent washing with soap and water is still the best treatment, if that does not work get your doctors advice, he might refer you to a dermatologist if it is a bad case. Most drug store treatments do not work, and some will make it worse. Go easy on the make up , avoid it if you can, and clean thoroughly afterward. again soap and water washing is usually best and simplest treatment.

That would be cleared by Clearacil most probably. But, by God, do not have blockhead; that cannot be cured by Clearacil or Borocil!
