Bush is both a liar and dumb. He's lied about a hell of a lot more than that... He said that Harriet Miers was qualified to be a supreme court justice... He also said that he wasn't monitoring phone calls, and he's flip-flopped on many different issues.

i thihnk he's smarter than he lets on, honestly. he's making the best choices with all the information he's got. you think you know everything that goes on with intelligence? you think our media tells u everything? you think there are no secrets? please. there are things hapenning we have no clue about. the government has a lot more control than people realize.
