It all depends on your size and what you wear them with. Tights usually look better on girls with more slender legs. The outfit is also very important to whether they look good or not. Personally, I say yes if they are with the right outfit.

if the woman who is wearing them has a fit body of course it looks good...but on the other hand i dont want to imagine a heavy person wearing them... :(
