Not that we've been able to see. Such a collection of black holes would create a massive X-ray source that certainly should be detectible from earth. However, such collections of black holes do exist at the center of known galaxies - the Milky Way is considered to have close to 10,000 minature black holes surrounding the massive one that is in the center. While all the other stellar matter of our galaxy spins around it, you could think of this "core" as a minature black hole galaxy.

No there is not. The way it works is that there's a black hole and it sucks all the stars and planets and other stuff to it. That doesn't mean that all of it gets sucked in. For instance, there are some scientists who believe that there is a black hole at the center of our universe, and that it is the reason for the Milky Way's existence. It would not be possible for a galaxy to exist made of only black holes because the constant force of each pulling on the other would terminate them.

A galaxy is a huge gravitationally bound system of stars, interstellar gas and dust, plasma, and (possibly) unseen dark matter. Typical galaxies contain 10 million to one trillion (107 to 1012) stars, all orbiting a common center of gravity. In addition to single stars and a tenuous interstellar medium, most galaxies contain a large number of multiple star systems and star clusters as well as various types of nebulae. Most galaxies are several thousand to several hundred thousand light years in diameter and are usually separated from one another by distances on the order of millions of light years.

Although so-called dark matter appears to account for around 90% of the mass of most galaxies, the nature of these unseen components is not well understood. There is some evidence that super massive black holes may exist at the center of many, if not all, galaxies.

if there was such a galaxy then the largest black hole would draw the matter out of the smaller black holes, resulting or a long period of time only one black hole. but that black hole would also spew mater out in two streams of super energized plasma in a single polar axis. thus giving birth to a new galaxy with new light matter and old dark matter.

Well, even if all of the stars and interstellar dust in a galaxy fell into one super massive black hole, that singularity would not be the totality of the galaxy. After all, black holes emit "Hawking Radiation".

Hi,

If it exist they will not name it galaxy but something else.

Galaxy is the name of a group of starts, dust and so on... There are black holes also in galaxies...

in some galaxies black holes exist and they are moving very slow if they are coming in our galaxi the earth will pe scatterd (destroyed) but this wown't happen before Jesus will come to earth to take the good people on heaven! then the bad people will remain on earth and will happen a lot of bad bad things! and then another earth will be created and the deaths will be reserecuted and will be on earth like good people!
