I seriously doubt it. I mean, she's too mainstream of an actress, doing only popular popcorn movies. She doesn't do anything too dramatic to be considered for an Oscar. Academy Awards go for actresses and actors with a sophisticated taste in movies. And Jessica Alba is not "sophisticated" enough for them. Unless she changes the movies she picks.

I hope not. I don't think she's a very good actress at all. She's just in the spotlight because guys think she's hot.

she is pretty type cast though.
