"Losing with dignity" is somewhat rare. In most cases, dignity belongs to the winner.
I personally choose "winning with a victory smile and dignity".
God says that we're created to be more than conquerors.

really nice question... a bit of a tough choice... every one loves to win... but even winning should be done with some humility... and losing with some pride of having done the best you could...... in either case you would be a winner.... but winning with a victory smile any one can do... not every one is capable of losing with dignity... so when it happens it becomes a thing of beauty...

at the moment of victory, neither the winners, nor the crowd cares for the losers. there is a euphoria , reaching its peak, people go hysteric, winners lift the best player on their shoulders, the atmosphere is full of cheers, and expression of joy ! to see it on t. v., or even at the spot, is a beautiful experience.
losing with dignity is alright, but whether single, or a team, the failure to win, is not always expressed beautifully. either the player cries in desparation, frusrated, or when the defeat is nearer, they start abusing, swearing, making some unbecoming gestures, which is unpleasant for the viewers to look at.
People have come to witness and feel the excitement of the game.no one cares for the losers, may be dignified, or otherwise!
the only beautiful moment according to me is, when the losers hug the winners, before leaving ground !

Losing with dignity... easy to say, VERY hard to do, thats why if you can over-come your pride... it's a beautiful thing
