I'd say at least a third of the people in this country suffer from that condition, maybe more. And less than half of them voted for Bush. You might as well ask how to make the terrorists see the error of their ways. Or maybe you think blowing up innocent people is a good idea ? Compared to the idiocy he's trying to deal with in the Middle East, Bush is probably a genius. I mean, sure, I get annoyed when he starts going on about some totally dopey idea, like how an amendment is going to "save the sanctity of marriage".... Yeah, right, then why wasn't it passed a long time ago ? Being married by Elvis doesn't have a negative effect on the 'sanctity of marriage' ? And I suspect his veto of the stem cell bill was more about personal belief and politics, even if the bill WAS heavily flawed. But after the LAST president, you gotta be kidding me. He had all the same information, and didn't do a darn thing with it. And who's brother proudly declared that he used to be known as Hoover? Being president has become such a thankless job, it appears we can't get anyone but a moron to run for it and actually get elected.

Since this is an idea of perception, it may not ever work. That's why we have wars to begin with. Besides, I think Bush screwed up his brain so bad in college that you couldn't reason with him anyway.
