For a regular pair that fit me well, I would pay $30 to $40, even though I usually pay $20 - $30. It's hard to find jeans that fit well sometimes, so you have to go to stores that mark the price up just for the name brand, style, color, whatever. I care about clothes, but I wouldn't spend more than $40 on jeans. There is other stuff I'd want to buy! I'll come up with some websites that have jeans priced from $25 - $40.
American Eagle - AVERAGE = $35.
Target - AVERAGE = $25.
Aeropostale - AVERAGE = $30.

Most I have spent was like 150 bucks for some Tommy H. Pants. But that was when I was a dumb kid in high school trying to impress people. I had the pants. A pair of 175 dollar Jordan's. A 95 dollar shirt. I was so stupid. Now I shop at old navy and save my money.

the thing about jeans is that well, i love them. wear them all the time, wear them till they wear out. they're my favorite piece of clothing to wear and they last about as long as anything else. so i'd spend at least $40-$50 more on jeans than any other clothing piece. however, finding a pair that fits you good, makes the trunk junk look good, can be done for $50-$75 just as easy as it can for $200-$300. plus, then you can buy more jeans!!

My favorite best fitting most flattering pair of jeans cost about 27 bucks. Denim is denim, the name brand means nothing it's how great you look in them.

about $30-$80. 45ish. I'm not poor I don't care much about cloths.
I just spent about 7k on a computer so I like electronics.
