If you click on each person, the only part that changes is the profile part. I haven't actually written the profile info yet. But how do you like the format so far? Anythign I should add or change?
The only thing I have left planned is to add the info for the whole band and each member and a navigation bar.
Is it slow to load?

Loaded quite quickly, but then I have broadband.
Good simple layout and links.
I'd go with Lovely in that your music playing in the background would lend the "band" ambiance to it. It might also be a good idea, for your promo, to have a link that'll take those who want to, to view a a couple of flash presentations of your group actually performing.
You could then invite a lot of talent scouts to visit your site and really promote yourselves.

The positive: Very cool layout man. Is that a template or did you design it yourself. either way it is a very presentable. The negative: The guys need some make up and earings some ripped shirts and dirty jeans. they look a little homely LOL just teasing.
