That has never happened to me at a friends house, but it happened to me at Home Depot...I was too embarrassed to ask the employees (who were in there chit-chatting) to search for some toilet paper for me...so I was gonna wait until they left and run into another stall real quick, but they never stopped talking.
I ended up calling my husband from my cell phone in the stall, and had him send my son in the women's bathroom to find me some toilet paper. He kept laughing the whole time we were in the store saying...I can't believe you just didn't ask them to pass you some paper. He brings this up every time we go to Home Depot.

Hide the towel somewhere or just thro it in the trash and tell them there was no tissue to blow your nose on.

you take out the kleenex (from your pocket/purse) your mother always told you to carry, use it, wash up and let your friend know they need to refill the tp

i agree with sassy B. mothers do always tell us to keep napkins in your purse at all times (and to always have a purse with you)
