This is serious how many of you actually do self breast exams? Honestly i want to know because the stats say like 1 in evry 5 actually do them

I do. It's not that hard to do a quick check when you are in the shower, you're already naked anyway! As to people who think "I'm young so I don't need to" you might want to rethink that. If you have glads you can develop cysts on them. My sister developed one at 13, but it was benign. There have been cases of women in their teens who developed breast cancer.

I do, but not quite as often as I should.
I assume this is simply a survey to see if the stats match up with the answers from here, so I will not bore you with an explanation of why you should. Though data collected here is definitely not an accurate study as it is very far from a random sample.

I do ,just not every single month, as your supposed to , usually out of a 12 month span I will check approximately 6-7 times.
