Walmart, Kholes, TJ Max, Mr.B's, any where cheap and has cute clothes, consignment shops are nice too

i really like target's lines of clothing, now that i'm a little older and don't have anyone to impress, their clothes are inexpensive and cool, and people always say i dress nicely, so why go anywhere else or pay mall prices?
