No, not at all. You do have to be a builder to build great buildings. Architects work on the design to make sure the building is safe and stylish. They don't actually do the building.

Of course. It's a building where people go inside of. If it falls,they get hurt or worse, die. Architects have to design the building asthetically to make it look pretty and work with its environment. They also have to design it to make it function, not fall down. It's a pretty tough job for architects.

No. The ancient pyramids were built by slaves.

You'd have to be a decent architect to DESIGN the buildings...but building them just requires a lot of labor.

Not necessarily the architect only.
If you are a structural engineer and knows some art then you can build.If you are both an architect and a structural engineer then you can build great buildings
