Which universities in the U.S admit without GRE for medical science in PhD or M.Sc programs?

None that I know of. Any grad program a GRE must be taken. It's like taking the ACT or SAT to be considered for that school.

I can not speak for medical science, but i went for a MS in Engineering, in the US.

My particular college/SCHOOL of engineering within the university did not even want to see GRE scores.

But i have no idea how you could find out what schools within universities don't want a GRE.
