12-14 hours If driving. Take I-10 east to San Antonio, then take I-35 south to Laredo, once you cross the border just head south to Monterrey. It's faster than crossing trough Juarez, Mx.

Mapquest it. Or are you flying? Go to that airlines website and look up the route they take and it will tell you the time.
