I don't want to hurt anyone's feelings but I do really feel that he doesn't look in control as a prime minister. What do you feel? Tell frankly.

Yes too get that impression.
He was good Finance Minister,he is hopeless as a Prime Minister.
He definetely is not in control of his Govt. Every minister does as they please,Arjun Singh & Ramdoss for instance.
