The ONLY way to get something there is Federal Express or some large shipping company. If you send it by mail its as good as gone.

Is the postal system in Russia secure?!
What you should be asking is how secure is the USPS??? Believe me, if your parcel is lost it has nothing to do with Russia. The best thing to do is put insurance on it and a addresser notification when it arrives

make sure it's express mail. that's what i do when i send stuff to my parents.
do not insure it, it costs crazy money
