What can you do about a man that keep you awake with his snoring?

If I do not get to sleep first, it is hours before I can go to sleep. I have to wait until I am so sleepy that I am seeing double before I go to bed.

You can poke him in the back or side until he rolls over onto his stomach so that he'll hopefully stop snoring long enough for you to fall asleep.

You could get an iPod and a set of headphones to wear while you are falling asleep. Maybe soft music in your ears would drown out the noise.

You could hold a pillow over his head until he stops snoring, but you'd probably go to prison for this one.

I think that cpap thing is a mask with an air attachment that somehow straightens out the flap (obviously not a doctor, but my explanation is fuunny) in the back of the throat. It is a very good idea and insurance might pay for it.

I use earplugs you can buy at a drug store, or you can get them fitted by an audiologist. I was SHOCKED!!!! that the over the counter earplugs worked for me!

They have a new surgical procediure that takes care of that, they insert a small piece of plastic into the area that is making you snore and that keeps them from snoring for like ten or twenty years till it has to be replaced.

My husband snores and ear plugs help drown out most of the noise and I can still hear my alarm clock.

I know that Breathe Right Strips seem to work for many people. Will he try them or not? If not, roll him to one side.

get him a cpap (Google it) and you will not believe the difference. By the way, you can buy them w/o a prescription. costly, but super worth it.
