In another question you mentioned having a DSM, so I'm going to work with that in mind. The Turbonator is supposed to create a more fluid air path, which wouldn't work in a turbo system, and which won't work with DSM MAFs (mass air flow sensor). With the MAF a DSM estimates how much air is entering the system by creating small vortexes and counting them as they pass. This system kinda sucks because the estimation is way off when the MAF is under pressure, or onboard assumptions (like recirculating the BOV) are incorrect. This is why some people run GM and MAFT mods, which you can look up. They make air intake assumptions using air density (IIRC, it's been a loooong time), and are much more flexible. In any event, the turbonator wouldn't really work on any pressurized (turbo) system, especially with an MAF (if attached afterward it would act as an ubstruction or otherwise throw the MAF reading off, meaning too much or too little fuel would be entering to system, and if attached before it would be redundant), and would generally be a bad purchase. If you search for this term on www.dsmtuners.com or in the E/T/L section of www.automotiveforums.com you'll get a better idea, too. Happy searching!

I'm not sure if this was clear, but... the MAF, by finding out for the car how much air is entering the system, is then determining how much fuel should be added as well. The car likes to add fuel proportional to air, which is good. When the air reading is off, obviously the fuel added will be off. Better?

yes, i have heard of this product. they advertize a serious gain in horsepower, but, as with most aftermarket air flow systems, you will see maybe a 2 to 4 horsepower gain, and perhaps a 10% increase in fuel economy. save yourself 40 bucks and buy a generic one.
