I do admit that I do that sometimes. I either get caught up in some urgent matter, need to take care of some other business or whatever. But if for the sake that I don't want to talk to you right now, I would tell you straight up.

well,..my man always calls me back when he says he will. Some just say that to have a reason to get off the phone and ignore you. From my experience.

a lot of times you really think that you will call back, but then you just change your mind later and don't because your just not up for it
