The static electricity would discharge (like when you touch a doorknob after scuffing your feet) before the amount ever became great enough to cause a sticking force. That also assumes that the ceiling is not a insulator. In short, never going to happen.

No, you weigh too much. The only reason balloons stick to the ceiling is because they are filled with the same air that's around them, therefore they are almost as light as air. So...yah...

I don't think so. But if you added some Gorilla Glue to your head and applied your head to the ceiling for four hours until the glue set, maybe.

no you wouldn't stick to the ceiling. Your hair would stand up straight. I don't think you would fall down unless you're drunk.
