My answer is no. I think the "powers that be" need to start being more honest about drugs and their affect on the US as we know it. I watched a special on VH1 about drugs last night and I was in awe! Drugs have shaped our culture. From cocaine to herion to marijauna. Hell, Esctasy is the new LSD...

Yes- if drugs were made legal, then the use of "illegal drugs" would end. But, as far as the end of drug use, I don't think that it will ever happen.
