If I am kissing someone I am not really thinking - the blood isn't going to my brain anymore, it's elswhere.

What does it matter? I usually do both, it's not that I make a habit of going left or right, I usuall just happy I got my girl and we are enjoying a passionate embrace.
Now in hollywood, directors may have certain way depending on what they want to get on film or as a part of the story line.
In all reality I don't think most people pay attention or make it a point to tilt one way or the other unless they have a neck injury and can only tilt one way.

I tilt to the left, but I am right handed. I can tilt to the right, though. I think it just has to do with what side of the bed I am always on. Maybe if I were on the other side I'd always tilt right because I'd be facing the other way. Know what I mean?

sometimes i tilt to the left and sometimes to the right. i mean when i am making out with my guy, i keep switching around and some times stay tilted to one side. i am right handed.

I lean to the left to kiss, but reach around with my right. That works well for me.

I lean to the right...and i am right handed...although my bf is left handed and he still leans to the right
