they've got my IP address, and we share the same internet connection. What if i delete my browser history? they still can know?

If your Internet connection is set up to go through the server then the Network Administrator can set it up to monitor all Internet activity by user name, so any site you go to they can know about it. Deleting your browser history only affects the local computer and has no baring on what the server sees.

Yes if ur server has installed a tracking software on ur system n has direct access to the client PCs

provided your LAN has a configured proxy server, yes the proxy server has logging function to track your surfing history. routers can also be configured to do logging on your surfing history. better check first if it is configured...

Defnitely they can see that what the actuall server will do it can monitor your websites this server is called Proxy server
