There's no clinical evidence that men decrease the sexual drive at any given age, this is because the mayor sexual hormonal stimuli in both sex is the secretion of testosterone in its strongest form di-hidrotestosterone (DHT) syntetized at testes and in part by ovarium. DHT leveles are decreased with age but not the testosterone alone form which is syntetized at adrenal glands at any age. Instead if it I can say to you that old women who loose the sexual drive is caused by low levels of testosteone in blood.
Libido physiology os complex so you can see a decreased libido in a lot of endocrinologic diseases.

I think it does. Hope it is not in the fourties. Mine is still as strong as ever maybe alittle stronger than it was when I was younger. they also say that the penis shrinks as you get old, but I do not know if the balls are included with that. I read that they hang lower as you get old but mine have been hanging low for seventeen years now. I guess they will be to my knees by the time I get to fifty. Hmmm fourty three now!

Mine dropped off at about 23. 27 now and could care less. My 33 year old fiance wants it all the time. Can be stressful at times, but you get through it.
