Of a person is over age 23 and still on myspace, well, you know. I generally think that myspace is the root of all evil....well not that bad, but irritating and freaky just the same. It is as though people don't understand the definition of friends and think that collecting contacts on the internet makes them popular from the seclusion and solidarity of their own homes...and that is why socialization and people skills are declining in our society..so yes, myspace is overrated and should be dismantled!

I have a myspace account and it's fun occasionally to see what people post, but at the same time, I talk to my friends on a regular basis. I think it's pointless to hang up and then post a comment to them. It's overrated just like every other passing fad we've ever had. Anyone remember the Macarena? :)

Myspace is SO overrated!! I only have an account because my cousin made one for me. How many times can you change your back drop? What really gets to me is the people that have a million and one friends.

I have a myspace account, and I check it once a day. I don't think it's overrated. But I do think the hype about kids getting into trouble is bad. Parents need to supervise teens and preteens closely to make sure they don't get hurt.

I have been on MySpace for over a year now. I love it. It helps me keep in touch with my friends. And, thanks to MySpace, I have found old friends too. I think MySpace is great.

Um if your idea of fun is to blindly meet people you don't know and talk to them by unemotionally typing responses, then myspace is exciting. However, if you are a normal person who finds other means of fun, then it is definitely positively completely utterly totally OVERRATED!!!!!

No. Just because you don't enjoy it doesn't mean everyone else doesn't either. It's a great way to communicate with friends who have moved away. It's nice to stumble upon people you haven't seen for a while.

Who rated it in the first place? It is good place to keep in ouch with old friends who have moved away. Stay off of it if you do not like it. What a stupid question.

I like my space. I am new to it, but I can send messages and find new friends, and old ones too! I think it's great. It keeps me in touch with all the people I want to be in touch with.
