You need to call the commanding officer- they may be able to help you, plus they will discipline him. Also, do you have any witnesses? You may want to consider bringing a civil lawsuit against this guy. Where do you live? If you are in California, there are a few more things you can do. Did you get a police report? If so they will have documented that he has no insurance and he should be held financially responsible. Good luck.

Try going to the military and telling them what happened and they will do something about it.. Or tell them you are going to put a ad in the paper stating what he did and that he is responsible for the damages. That is a way of getting to him. Hope you got his name and rank.. try that , hope something works for you..

Sometimes I wonder why we pay for insurance!!! Because my sister got hit by a car that totalled her car and they didnt have any insurance and she did not get didly squat!!! Isn't illegal? So why do we have to pay for everybody else's debt. They should go to jail or ordered to pay a certain amount. GEEEES that really pisses me off!!!!!

I would have to get a hold of the military. And if you need to try a lawyer in a different state.

Keep calling attorneys, stop telling them he doesn't have insurance. One will take your case, and sue the bas_ard.
