Your hormones are raging...and it takes time for them to balance back out. It is perfectly normal, so don't add to it through worry. Be good to yourself...you are carrying a new life. Also, alert your doctor, so they can keep an eye on it...for it signifies you might suffer from post-partum blues after the baby arrives...and they can help you with it. Congratulations.

It will pass, after your first trimester if it is too much to handle make sure to inform your OBGYN of it. There are safe meds, that can be taken during pregnancy. It is safer to take medication for depression than it is to put the baby under stress by being upset. And make sure to talk it out with someone who has been pregnant before. I have a 4 month old baby boy and I still remember being pregnant well. I will keep my ears open if you ever need a shoulder to lean on.

Mood swing happens when we get pregnant because there is a hormone unbalance inside your body. It is normal, and the best to cope with it is to indulge yourself a little. Soak yourself in a warm bathtub with a nice aromatherapy essence like lavender will calm you down and give a warm and comfort feelings.

Congrats !

You need to talk to your doc. If you are preg and are having anxiety then they may be able to help relieve some of it by explaining you ? and concerns. I know some preg. women take anti-depressants while preg. I would make that my last resort though. Talk about your feelings and you will feel better. Good luck!!!
