We started the war in Vietnam for all the wrong reasons just like in Iraq. The liberals in the 60s marched in the streets and stopped the Vietnam war. They won but at what cost? Pol Pot came to power in Cambodia and killed untold millions of people. Will we continue to follow the path we went down last time? Will we run and leave the Middle East a tinder box so that Islamo-Nazis take over and kill millions? I hope not. I think we have to end the mistakes of the past and finish the job this time like we did in WWII. It took 50 years to rebuild Japan and Germany but it was worth it.

We correctly left Vietnam because they were not a threat to America. As bad as Pol Pot was (and he was bad), he didn't attack America. Don't get caught comparing Iran/Iraq with Vietnam. Unlike Vietnam, Iran is a direct threat to America and should not be ignored. Iraq is a threat only to the extent that it influenced by Iran. If the Iranian threat were neutralized, we could pull out of Iraq tomorrow.

Should there be consequences for those who took us to war in Iraq for all the wrong reasons? If so, what do you believe those consequences should be? What is the objective now in Iraq? How many American lives are you willing to sacrafice waiting for Iraqi's to be able to stand up so we can stand down?

Liberals back then also spat at our soldiers who risked their lives in War. It shows me that Liberals are a bunch of dirtbags. They don't care at all. And anyways what's happening in Iraq is not like Vietnam.
