Are journalists & the news organizations asking the Q's you would ask at press conferences or news interviews?

I am surprised few have answered my Q about Journalists and news organization given that they are our agents with access to the rich and powerful elites that run our society and they act on our behalf asking the Q's we would ask if we were them.

Helen Thomas does it pretty well. The problem is that most reporters and interviewers put up with obviously wrong or BS answers just so that they can interview the same person again later.
