Everybody's soft deep inside.
I hate it when people act tough and then they're soft right under the surface.
But usually I get into fights with these people, and then they lose their credibility so it doesn't really matter much.

i don't hate or not hate it. but i will say that a lot of people who act tough on the outside might be harboring some inner fears, issues, etc... that could stem from childhood (usually they do). the "mighty and fearless" guy was picked on badly in school and his ego suffered so greatly that to protect himself he became larger than life to everyone so no one would see his pain and he could hide it.
ever hear "don't judge a book by its cover?" it has good meaning. people often hide their true emotions for fear of being ridiculed and ostracized. MOST everyone wants to "fit in" and people do what they have to to blend.
i will say that i'm a pretty "average" person. nothing spectacular or weird about me on the surface. i've encountered some folks in my life who - from outward appearance - seemed to be "weird" or "freakish" or "tough" or "thuggish." just because they have tatts or piercings or blue hair - whatever. i have met some of the most memorable and wonderful people who looked "different" than the average person. the most intelligent and sweetest, most caring individuals sometimes come in a "different" package. but they are still awesome people.
it takes all kinds to make the world go-round. instead of pointing out what you feel are others inadequacies or differences, try being open minded and realize that everyone is different - and that's cool. never know what a great person you'll miss out on by picking apart their differences. after all, what goes around comes around.. perhaps someone out there has some observations they've made about you, but they still chose to get to know you first - before falling victim to preconceived notions.
best of luck. :)

I hate a great many things, and I care not for the meek. It is natural to hate and despise. I will not deny it!
It depends on what your concept of Soft is. Am I caring and compassionate? Yes, I am; however, I despise such things as weakness and hedonism. Does that make me soft?

There is no "toughness" or "softness." It's all a matter of point of view. Specifically, there are a lot of other forms of toughness.

I don't hate people, i hate their actions. Deep down, its the general theory they're are making up for something they're missing - most of the time self confidence.

Lots of folks do this. They think they wont be hurt is they act tough on the outside.
It depends on how tought they act. If they are wannabe gangsters then I relish seeing them getting smacked.
