what about after touching the sperm, and about 10-15 minutes, touch the vagina.. is it still possible to get pregnant?

Sperm would have to enter her vagina somehow and fertilize an egg. This could happen if, for example, you stimulate a guy using your fingers, he ejaculates on your hand, and you finger yourself. Also, if you engage in "dry humping"-- simulating the motions of sex with your underwear on, there is a slight-- SLIGHT --possibility that the semen could get into your vagina, though that it highly unlikely.
Contrary to belief, pregnancy cannot occur from oral sex.

Yes! There have been documented cases in which a virgin has given birth...and I'm not talking about Mary! If a couple is fooling around and the guy cums to close or on the opening of the vagina sperm can get inside because they are excellant swimmers.

I read a book by a doctor who reported that he had personally seem two girls who were virgins (verified by intact hymen) and who had gotten pregnant by touching their boyfriends and then themselves. He said that the pre-ejaculate, which is higher in sperm count, apparently came into contact with the vagina enough that the sperm were able to travel through to the egg.

a virgin can become pregnant with out any actual sexual contact, meaning a mans penis penetrates a woman vagina. If a man ejaculates close enough to a womans vaginal opening, even if he does not penetrate it, the sperm can stay alive and make their way into the vaginal opening and travel up the vagina into the cervix and uterus. Always practice safe sex and use a condom. Its better than taking a chance!

It is possible!
If you're just messing around and even a little bit of sperm comes out, it can swim to the egg, inside the vagina. Remember, it may seem like "a little bit" to us, but sperm is microscopic and there could be millions of little sperm within that drop.
It is rare but it can happen.

the sperm must enter, does not have to be through actual sex. Artificially!! Also inserting the sperm, or coming into contact with sperm that is still living. Dry humping with undies on is not a safe practice. The sperm can come through the underwear.

Virging means that have not had sex before. But you can conceive a a baby by using a syringe and injecting a guy's sperm into your vagina.
If you cannot conceive by the above, it is still possible to get pregnant through artificial insemination aka test tube babies.
